Pemkot Bitung Rolling Pejabat, Theo Rorong Kembali Jabat Kepala Bapenda

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Puluhan pejabat Pemkot Bitung kembali mengalami pergantian lewat pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah, Selasa (1/10/2024).

Rolling pejabat itu digelar di Ruang Milton Kansin Lantai IV Kantor Wali Kota dipimpin Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bitung, Rudy Theno.

Dari pantauan, ada 23 pejabat yang mengalami rolling. Pejabat yang dirolling itu adalah yang menduduki jabatan struktural dan fungsional.

Menurut Rudy, rolling digelar merupakan hal biasa didalam sistim Pemerintahan dan jangan dianggap sebagai sebuah hal yang buruk, tetapi menjadi motivasi dalam bekerja lebih baik dalam melayani masyarakat.

“Rolling ini juga berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pimpinan atas kinerja menjalankan program dan melayani masyarakat,” kata Rudy.
