Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Upaya jajaran Polres Bitung untuk mengungkap motif dan pelaku pembunuhan siswi SMK Negeri Satu Kota Bitung di Kos-kosan Mawar Kelurahan Manembo-nembo Atas Kecamatan Matuari belum membuahkan hasil.
Alm Mutia Ibrahim (18) ditemukan tak bernyawa di kamar kos nomor 06 oleh temannya, Senin (19/8/2024) lalu. Di tubuh siswi malang itu ditemukan tanda kekerasan berupa bekas gigitan di pipi sebelah kiri dan luka lebam di leher serta bagian tubuh lainnya.
Namun, hingga, Kamis (5/9/2024), belum ada titik terang siapa pelaku pembunuhannya dan Polres Bitung masih terus berupaya untuk melakukan pengungkapan.
Ibu kandung Alm, Lina Bakary berharap misteri kematian anaknya dan pelakunya bisa segera diungkap. Ia bahkan mengaku sudah berupaya membantu Polisi untuk mengungkap kematian anaknya dengan memenuhi panggilan penyidik Polres Bitung.
“Kemarin saya sudah memberikan keterangan,” kata Lina.
Ia mengaku datang dari Kota Manado diantar menggunakan motor oleh kerabatnya ke Polres Bitung dengan harapan keterangan yang diberikan membantu pengungkapan kasus kematian putrinya.
“Saya ini memang orang yang tak punya kelebihan ekonomi. Tapi, saya berharap besar kepada Polisi untuk mengungkap motif pembunuhan yang menimpah anak kami seterang-terangnya agar supaya kami sebagai keluarga korban mendapatkan keadilan,” katanya..
Sebagai ibu, Lina mengaku sangat terpukul dan kehilangan. Rasa kehilangan itu makin berat setelah diketui anaknya terindikasi dibunuh.
“Mutia anak satu-satunya. Ia penyemangat hidup bagi saya. Walaupun bekerja dengan gaji pas-pasan di laundry, kebutuhan sekolah Mutia paling utama,” katanya.
Sementara itu, Kasi Humas Polres Bitung, Iptu Abdul Natip Anggai saat dikonfirmasi mengaku, pihaknya masih melakukan pendalaman ke sejumlah saksi terkait kasus itu.
“Reskrim masih mendalami saksi-saksi. Kalau ada perkembangan akan kami informasikan,” kata Abdul.
