Dua Anggota DPRD Bitung Enggan Ikut Orientasi, Randito Maringka: Saya Sudah Mundur

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Sekretariat DPRD Kota Bitung menggelar kegiatan orientasi bagi 30 anggota DPRD periode 2024-2029, Senin (2/9/2024).

Orientasi itu digelar di Hotel Luwansa Pomorow Manado dan sifatnya wajib bagi anggota DPRD yang baru dilantik karena bagian dari pengenalan tugas dan fungsi anggota DPRD.

Namun dari pantauan, ada dua anggota DPRD yang tidak hadir di hari pertama orientasi. Keduanya adalah Randito Maringka dan Rudolf Wantah.

Dari informasi, Rudolf tidak hadir karena kurang sehat. Politisi senior Partai Gerindra ini kabarnya sudah meminta izin terlebih dahulu kepada panitia penyelenggara.

Sedangkan Randito sendiri tidak tahu persis apa yang menjadi alasan hingga tidak hadir dalam kegiatan orientasi.

“Kalau Pak Rudolf sudah minta izin karena sakit, tapi Pak Randito saya belum dapat informasi,” kata Sekretaris DPRD Kota Bitung, Albert Sarese.

Sementara itu, dihubungi sejumlah Wartawan, Randito mengaku memang tidak hadir di kegiatan orientasi.

Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra Kta Bitung ini mengaku kegiatan orientasi bertabrakan dengan agenda yang harus ia ikuti di Jakarta dan baru pulang, Senin malam.

Selain itu, Randito berkilah sebelumnya ia sudah mengajukan pengunduran diri sebagai anggota DPRD Kota Bitung sehingga tidak perlu lagi ikut agenda orientasi.

“Saya kan sudah memasukan surat pengunduran diri sebelum mendaftar di KPU. Dan kebetulan saya juga baru pulang dari Jakarta jadi waktunya tidak sempat. Tapi memang saya sudah memberitahukan ke Ibu Jean (panitia,red) bahwa saya tidak bisa ikut kegiatan itu,” kata Randito.

Bakal calon wakil wali kota ini juga menegaskan soal pengunduran dirinya dari anggota DPRD Kota Bitung. Dikatakannya, hal itu jadi alasan utama dirinya tidak mengikuti orientasi karena bakal berimbas ke serapan anggaran di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Bitung.

“Dari sisi anggaran saya tidak ikut karena saya ingin meminimalisir penggunaan anggaran sebab saya kan sudah mundur. Saya tidak mau jangan sampai ada anggaran yang keluar untuk saya, padahal saya sudah mundur. Itu yang jadi alasan saya tidak ikut,” katanya.
