Dorong Ekonomi Kreatif, PLN Resmikan Kampung Bahari Nusantara Desa Kulu Minahasa Utara

Manado, VivaSulut.com — PT PLN melalui program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) PLN Peduli, telah meresmikan Kampung Bahari Nusantara di Desa Kulu, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Program unggulan ini bertujuan untuk mendorong peningkatan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat setempat melalui pengembangan kawasan wisata dan UMK. Dengan peresmian ini, Desa Kulu kini memiliki peluang besar untuk berdaya secara ekonomi, memperkuat pariwisata lokal, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di desa tersebut.

General Manager PLN UID Suluttenggo, Atmoko Basuki menyatakan bahwa program TJSL PLN ini bukan sekadar memenuhi kewajiban perusahaan, melainkan merupakan komitmen PLN untuk berperan aktif dalam mendukung pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Khususnya, di wilayah-wilayah yang memiliki potensi besar seperti Desa Kulu. Desa ini memiliki potensi yang signifikan untuk dikembangkan, dan melalui program ini, PLN berupaya untuk memberdayakan masyarakat serta memaksimalkan potensi lokal yang ada.

“Desa Kulu dipilih secara strategis oleh kami karena memiliki potensi alam yang luar biasa. Salah satunya adalah hutan mangrove dan pantai Pulau Paniki, yang merupakan kekayaan alam khas desa ini. Potensi alam ini, jika dikelola dengan baik, dapat menjadi sumber daya ekonomi yang cukup signifikan bagi masyarakat setempat.” ujar Atmoko, Selasa (3/9) 2024.

Program TJSL PLN dengan tagline “PLN Peduli” menegaskan seriusnya PLN dalam mendukung pengembangan lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Di samping itu Komandan Lantamal VIII Manado May Franky Pasuna Sihombing turut menghadiri kegiatan Peresmian Kampung Bahari Nusantara.

“Kegiatan kampung Bahari Nusantara merupakan salah satu perwujudan dari tugas TNI angkatan laut dalam upaya membantu pemerintah daerah dalam rangka menciptakan masyarakat maritim yang pintar, dan ikut melestarikan laut di daerahnya dengan tujuan sebagai pembinaan kepada masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan berbagai potensi-potensi maritim Indonesia” ujar Franky

Sementara itu, dalam sambutan mewakili Bupati Minahasa Utara, dalam hal ini yang diwakilkan oleh Kristiana Doodoh selaku Camat Wori.

“Saya berharap melalui kegiatan ini bisa menyerap dan memajukan tenaga kerja dan penerima manfaat lainnya serta mengembangkan UMK binaan dan terus berkembang ke tahap go digital, go modern, go online, bahkan go global sehingga lebih membuktikan ini sebagai upaya PLN untuk menerangi negeri.“ tambah Kristiana.

Dengan mengusung semangat “PLN Peduli,” program ini tidak hanya berfokus pada penyediaan listrik yang andal, tetapi juga pada upaya menciptakan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat melalui inisiatif yang selaras dengan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat juga menjadi kunci suksesnya program ini, untuk memastikan bahwa setiap bantuan yang diberikan dapat memberikan manfaat maksimal.

Dengan langkah kolektif, PLN akan terus menjalankan berbagai program berkelanjutan yang memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar sebagai bentuk nyata kepedulian perusahaan terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan. PLN Mobile menjadi sarana pengaduan paling responsif yang menjadi rekomendasi PLN dan berbagai pihak untuk bersama-sama bisa melaporkan berbagai potensi risiko gangguan dan bahaya listrik di lingkungan masyarakat. Aplikasi PLN Mobile dapat diunduh secara gratis dari Play Store dan App Store.
