Kematian Siswi SMK Bitung di Kamar Kos Masih Tanda Tanya

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Jajaran Polres Bitung masih terus bekerja mengungkap penyebab kematian siswi SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bitung, Mutia Ibrahim (18).

Mutia yang akrab dipanggil dengan nama Tia, ditemukan tak bernyawa di kamar kosnya di Kelurahan Manembo-nembo Atas Kecamatan Matuari, Senin (19/8/2024).

Keluarga menduga, korban dibunuh karena ada bekas gigitan di pipi kiri dan luka lebam di leher.

Dari informasi, sejumlah saksi telah dimintai keterangan terkait kematian Tia. Namun, hingga, Jumat (23/8/2024), polisi belum juga menemukan titik terang.

Pasalanya, di lokasi tidak dilengkapi dengan kamera pengawas atau CCTV. Ditambah lagi, alat komunikasi yakni handphone yang beberapa jam masih digunakan Tia sebelum ditemukan meninggal, ikut raib.

Selain itu, penghuni kos yang berada di lokasi saat kejadian “kompak” mengaku tak mengetahui apalagi mendengar suara mencurigakan dari kamar Tia. Padahal dari pantauan, kamar kos di lokasi itu tidak kedap suara.

Sementara itu, Kasie Humas Polres Bitung, Iptu Abdul Natip Anggai saat dikonfirmasi terkait perkembangan pengungkapan kasus kematian Tia, mengaku masih bekerja dan melakukan pemeriksaan mendalam ke sejumlah saksi.

“Sudah ada beberapa saksi yang dipanggil dan dilakukan pemeriksaan mendalam,” kata Abdul.

Sejauh ini, pihaknya belum bisa menyimpulkan terkait motif kematian Tia.

“Kalau sudah ada perkembangan akan disampaikan secara terang benderang,” katanya.
