Netralitas ASN Bitung Jadi Sorotan Gakkumdu Pilkada 2024

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Bawaslu Kota Bitung menyatakan prihatian dengan ulah sejumlah ASN jajaran Pemkot Bitung, secara terang-terangan menunjukan dukungan ke salah satu figur yang digadang-gadang bakal ikut sebagai konstentan Pilkada 2024.

Padahal secara aturan, di setiap perhelatan Pemilu ASN diwajibkan netral. Namun aturan itu seakan dikangkangi para ASN dengan tetap menunjukkan dukungan ke salah satu figur.

Fenomena ini menurut Koordinator Divisi Penangan Pelanggaran dan Penyelesaian Sengketa (P3S) Bawaslu Kota Bitung, Iten Kojongian menjadi perhatian Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (Gakkumdu).

Hal itu disampaikan Iten dalam Rapat Koordinasi Fasilitasi Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu Pada Tahapan Pencalonan Wali Kota dan Wali Kota Bitung serta Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur dihadiri perwakilan Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bitung dan Polres Bitung, Kamis (15/8/2024).

“Netralitas ASN menjadi perhatian Gakkumdu saat ini dan ada beberapa yang terindikasi melanggar,” kata Iten.

Iten menjelaskan, fenomena ketidaknetralan ASN terlihat di media sosial dengan ikut berkomentar, menyukai dan membagikan postingan-postingan salah satu figur calon.

Tindakan itu, kata dia, jelas-jelang melanggar sehingga pihaknya langsung memberikan rekomendasi ke pimpinan perangkat daerah ASN yang diduga melanggar netralitas.

“Memang untuk saat ini, ASN yang teridikasi tidak netral belum bisa kami jerat dengan pidana Pemilu karena belum ada penetapan pasangan calon. Makanya, kami hanya sebatas mengembalikan ke kepala perangkat daerah untuk menindak ASN yang terindikasi tak netral,” jelasnya.

Selain itu, mantan komisioner KPU Kota Bitung ini juga menyatakan, saat Gakkumdu sudah mulai bekerja dan melakukan pengawasan tahapan-tahapan Pilkada yang sementara dilakukan KPU.

“Intinya lewat rapat koordinasi ini digelar untuk kembali menegaskan bahwa Gakkumdu Pilkada Kota Bitung sudah sangat siap bekerja dan memproses segala laporan serta temuan dugaan pelanggaran Pilkada,” katanya.
