Minut, VivaSulut.com – Bupati Minahasa Utara, Joune Ganda, untuk pertama kalinya melakukan perjalanan dinas di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Selasa (13/8/2024).

Wakil Ketua Umum Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluruh Indonesia (APKASI) itu diundang untuk hadir dalam rapat bersama Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi), dan Wakil Presiden Ma’ruf Amin di Istana Garuda, Ibu Kota Nusantara.
