Registrasi QR Code Pertalite di Sulawesi Capai 235 Ribu Pendaftar

Makassar, VivaSulut.com – Melanjutkan keberhasilan dari program subsidi tepat solar yang telah mencapai 100% di seluruh wilayah Sulawesi, Pertamina Patra Niaga Sulawesi secara bertahap mulai memberlakukan pembelian BBM jenis pertalite juga menggunakan QR Code.

Berdasarkan data terbaru, jumlah pendaftar QR Code Pertalite telah mencapai angka sebanyak 235.844 registran.

Area Manager Communication, Relation, & CSR PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sulawesi, Fahrougi Andriani Sumampouw, mengatakan bahwa nilai ini akan terus bertambah seiring dengan perluasan pendataan QR Code Pertalite yang dilakukan secara bertahap.

“Registrasi kendaraan untuk QR Code Pertalite sudah dimulai sejak Juli 2024 di 14 Provinsi salah satunya adalah Gorontalo, kemudian akan dilanjutkan pada Agustus 2024 di 20 Provinsi lainnya termasuk Sulsel, Sulteng, Sulbar, Sulut, hingga Sultra,” ujar Fahrougi kepada media, Rabu (31/7/2024).

“Untuk regional Sulawesi sendiri, transaksi menggunakan QR Code tertinggi terdapat di wilayah Gorontalo yakni sudah mencapai 98,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan kesadaran dan dukungan Masyarakat Gorontalo mulai terbangun terhadap program ini,” imbuh Fahrougi.

Program subsidi tepat Pertalite ini hanya dilakukan untuk kendaraan roda 4, untuk kendaraan roda 2 dan 3 belum masuk dalam program Subsidi Tepat.

Lebih lanjut Fahrougi menjelaskan mekanisme pendaftarannya sama halnya dengan penerapan QR Code Solar Subsidi.

“Masyarakat dapat mendaftar melalui web subsiditepat.mypertamina.id atau aplikasi mobile MyPertamina. Jika menemui kendala, Pertamina Patra Niaga Sulawesi juga menyiapkan help desk pendaftaran QR Code di SPBU,” ujar Fahrougi.

Fahrougi menjelaskan bahwa tujuan QR Code Pertalite merupakan bagian dari Program Pemerintah yang mengacu pada Perpres No. 191 Tahun 2014 dan Surat Keputusan BPH Migas No. 04/2020 bahwa Pertamina diwajibkan menyalurkan tepat sasaran kepada konsumen.

Selain itu, terdapat kewajiban penggunaan sistem teknologi informasi dalam penyaluran BBM, yang tertuang dalam Peraturan BPH Migas No. 06 Tahun 2013.

“Tujuan dari program ini agar penyaluran BBM Subsidi (Solar Subsidi & Pertalite) tepat sesuai dengan segmen yang diatur oleh Pemerintah. Pendaftaran ini juga untuk melindungi konsumen yang berhak, dari konsumen lainnya yang tidak berhak. Hal ini juga menunjukkan komitmen pemerintah dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi dalam distribusi subsidi. Dengan adanya data yang akurat tentang pengguna bahan bakar bersubsidi, pemerintah dapat lebih mudah memantau dan mengendalikan distribusi tersebut,” pungkas Fahrougi.
