Laporan Tahunan Program TJSL PLN Peduli Catat Keberhasilan Pengembangan Lapangan Kerja dan UMK Secara Nasional

Jakarta, VivaSulut.com – PT PLN (Persero) berhasil memberikan manfaat kepada 10.710 pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMK), lebih dari 600 ribu masyarakat, dan menyerap 27 ribu lebih tenaga kerja sepanjang 2023.

Keberhasilan ini berkat implementasi berbagai program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) PLN yang berfokus pada pengembangan UMK, pendidikan dan lingkungan.

Direktur Utama PLN Darmawan Prasodjo menjelaskan, selain fokus menyediakan kelistrikan yang andal, PLN juga terus menjalankan berbagai kegiatan yang membantu kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui Program TJSL PLN.

“PLN berkomitmen untuk terus mendorong perekonomian masyarakat melalui berbagai program prioritas Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan. Kami memastikan tidak hanya sekadar melaksanakan program, tetapi hadir langsung di tengah masyarakat untuk melakukan pendampingan, dan mengawalnya hingga berdampak kepada masyarakat,” kata Darmawan saat Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Laporan Tahunan dan Laporan Keuangan PLN Tahun Buku 2023 pada Senin (22/7/2024), di Kementerian BUMN.

Keberhasilan ini di antaranya berkat realisasi program pemberdayaan UMK dan Rumah BUMN, diffablepreneur berdaya atau pemberdayaan kaum disabilitas dan pengembangan desa wisata yang dominan menyerap tenaga kerja.

Rumah BUMN misalnya, berhasil menyerap 8.960 tenaga kerja dengan 20.297 mitra sebagai penerima manfaat.

Program ini juga sukses mengantarkan 7.904 UMK binaan terus berkembang ke tahap Go Digital, Go Modern, Go Online, bahkan Go Global.

Kemudian, program diffablepreneur berdaya telah berdampak ke 2.940 penerima manfaat.

Sedangkan pada program pengembangan Desa Wisata, sebanyak 154 UMK dilibatkan sehingga mampu menyerap 496 tenaga kerja dan tercatat ada 7.460 orang penerima manfaat.

“Upaya PLN untuk menerangi negeri dengan akses listrik yang andal, juga diikuti dengan semangat memberikan multiplier effect bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sehingga program TJSL PLN difokuskan untuk menyentuh langsung aspek kehidupan masyarakat sesuai dengan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s),” ujar Darmawan.

Selain itu, PLN juga melakukan pembinaan UMK pada program pemberdayaan perempuan, electrifying agriculture, electrifying marine maupun pengelolaan Fly Ash Bottom Ash (FABA).

Dalam pengolahan FABA menjadi produk seperti paving block, batako, dan bahan baku material lain, PLN menggandeng sejumlah mitra binaan UMK di sekitar operasional PLTU.

Tercatat selama 2023, sebanyak 4,03 ton FABA berhasil diolah melalui program PLN Peduli dan memberikan manfaat ke 38 penerima manfaat.

Pada bidang pendidikan, PLN merealisasikan program beasiswa, bantuan sekolah formal dan informal melalui sekolah anak jalanan, sekolah alam, dan sekolah eduwisata.

Selain itu pelatihan dan pengembangan softskill lainnya juga turut diberikan.

“Program ini akan kita terus jalankan untuk menciptakan Creating Shared Value (CSV), tidak hanya bagi penerima manfaat tetapi juga mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan,” ujar Darmawan.

Syairillah, pelaku UMK Salma Home Industri di kawasan wisata Air Santri Murung Kenanga, Martapura, Kalimantan Selatan yang memperoleh bantuan peralatan produksi turut merasakan manfaat program TJSL PLN.

Semenjak menerima bantuan peralatan produksi, ia mengaku kini usaha pembuatan kue kering dan makanan ringan miliknya meningkat berkali lipat dan mampu bersaing.

“Alhamdulillah dengan adanya bantuan PLN ini, produksi jauh lebih banyak, penjualan meningkat, pengemasan juga dapat bersaing, ditambah produk kami bersertifikat halal sehingga bisa masuk ke minimarket modern,” tutur Syairillah.

Begitu juga pada program pemberdayaan kaum disabilitas misalnya, turut dirasakan manfaatnya oleh kelompok UMK Batik Ciprat, Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah yang sejak tahun 2022 didukung dan dibina oleh PLN.

Beranggotakan 9 pekerja kaum disabilitas serta 3 orang pendamping, usaha Batik Ciprat semakin berkembang berkat bantuan alat membatik, pelatihan, sertifikasi hingga pemasaran produk dari PLN.

“Saya sangat berterima kasih kepada PLN karena sudah memberikan bantuan kepada kami untuk membuat rumah produksi baru yang sangat luas manfaatnya, sehingga berhasil mengembangkan usaha kami. Hasil produk batik Ciprat dari rekan-rekan difabel di kampung kami semakin maju dan dikenal,” kata Pengelola Batik Ciprat, Yoyok Ernowo.
