Jakarta, VivaSulut.com – Komisi VI Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) RI dalam agenda Rapat Kerja bersama Menteri BUMN, Rabu (10/7/2024) menyetujui usulan Penyertaan Modal Negara (PMN) di tahun 2025 untuk PT PLN (Persero) sebesar Rp3 triliun.
Alokasi PMN tersebut guna mendukung langkah PLN dalam mencapai Rasio Elektrifikasi dan Rasio Desa Berlistrik (RDB) 100% selaras dengan komitmen mewujudkan keadilan energi khususnya di wilayah 3T (Tertinggal, Terdepan, dan Terluar).
Anggota Komisi VI DPR RI, Muhammad Sarmuji selaku pimpinan Rapat Kerja mendukung penuh alokasi PMN untuk mendukung upaya PLN dalam memberikan akses listrik untuk masyarakat di daerah terpencil.
“Kita (Komisi VI DPR RI) mendukung sepenuhnya tentang penguatan listrik desa, pemasangan jaringan listrik sampai ke pelosok-pelosok,” ujar Sarmuji.
Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir berharap lewat dukungan PMN, PLN dan perusahaan BUMN lainnya dapat memberikan manfaat lebih pada pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.
“Kita harapkan bagaimana PMN ini bisa tepat sasaran dan bisa memberikan manfaat yang lebih banyak lagi untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi ataupun hal-hal kebijakan yang menjaga pertumbuhan yang terjadi saat ini secara menyeluruh,” ujar Erick Thohir di Gedung DPR RI Jakarta, Rabu (10/7/2024).
Direktur Utama PLN Darmawan Prasodjo menyampaikan, PLN bersama dengan Pemerintah berkomitmen penuh untuk menyediakan listrik hingga ke seluruh pelosok tanah air, tak terkecuali daerah 3T.
”Listrik saat ini merupakan kebutuhan primer bagi masyarakat. Maka dari itu, bersama dengan Pemerintah, kami akan terus menggenjot pemerataan listrik sampai wilayah 3T sesuai dengan pengejawantahan sila ke-5 Pancasila, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat Indonesia,” ujar Darmawan.
Darmawan mengungkapkan, PLN bersama Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) telah menyusun dan menyepakati roadmap program Listrik Desa (Lisdes) untuk mencapai Rasio Desa Berlistrik PLN 100%.
Untuk mendukung target tersebut, PLN mengajukan alokasi PMN untuk program Lisdes di tahun 2025 untuk melistriki sebanyak 85 ribu pelanggan di 1.092 desa.
”PLN terus berusaha menghadirkan listrik ke semua pelosok meskipun dihadapi dengan tantangan aksesibilitas, geografis, dan kondisi rawan keamanan maupun konflik sosial. Program Lisdes yang tersisa merupakan daerah-daerah ekstrim yang semakin sulit dijangkau, penuh risiko, remote area dan berada di 3T,” lanjut Darmawan.
Darmawan menjabarkan lewat transformasi digital yang dilakukan PLN, roadmap Lisdes saat ini juga telah terintegrasi dengan peta geospasial. Sehingga, perencanaan dan eksekusi Lisdes dipastikan lebih terukur dan tepat sasaran.
“Kemudian telah dilakukan juga komunikasi ke Forkopimda (Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah). Di daerahnya masing-masing, setiap GM bertemu dengan para Gubernur, Bupati, DPRD, dan stakeholder lain untuk mendapatkan dukungan, karena program listrik desa ini bukanlah program PLN saja, tetapi ini adalah program negara. Kami terus pastikan agar jangan sampai ada saudara kita yang masih hidup dalam kegelapan,” jelas Darmawan.
Dalam periode 2015-2022 PLN telah berhasil memanfaatkan dana PMN sebesar Rp49,81 Triliun untuk pembangunan infrastruktur kelistrikan, salah satunya untuk melistriki 7.980 desa yang dinikmati 1,37 juta masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia.
Hingga Mei 2024, capaian Rasio Desa Berlistrik (RDB) Nasional berada di angka 99,87%.
PLN terus berupaya menyerap dana PMN secara optimal guna mendukung tercapainya target RDB 100%.
“PMN digunakan untuk pengembangan infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan di seluruh penjuru Nusantara menuju keadilan sosial dan kemandirian energi. Hadirnya listrik pada daerah-daerah akan menciptakan multiplier effect melalui peningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan ekonomi sektor riil, sehingga dapat menjadi daya dorong pertumbuhan perekonomian daerah setempat,” tutup Darmawan.
