Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Terduga pelaku penganiayaan terhadap pengajar di salah satu PAUD di Kelurahan Pataten Kecamatan Aertembaga ditangkap Polisi, Selasa (11/6/2024).
Terduga pelaku, FS (43) ditangkap di wilayah Kelurahan Sagerat Kecamatan Matuari atas penganiayaan mantan istrinya, YC yang merupakan Kepala Sekolah (Kepsek) salah satu PAUD di Kelurahan Pataten.
Menurut Kasi Humas Polres Bitung, Iptu Abdul Natip Anggai, FS ditangkap tanpa perlawanan berdasarkan Laporan Polisi Nomor: LP/B/486/VI/2024/Spkt/Polres Bitung tanggal 10 Juni 2024, tentang perkara tindak pidana Penganiayaan.
“Pelaku kini sementara menjalani pemeriksaan di Unit PPA Polres Bitung,” kata Abdul.
Dari keterangan, kata Abdul, aksi penganiayaan yang dilakukan FS dipicu masalah uang. FS kesal karena YC tak memenuhi permintaanya hingga mendatangi dan menganiaya mantan istrinya itu di depan PAUD disaksikan sejumlah warga.
Aksi penganiayaan itu menjadi viral di media sosial dan teruangkap jika FS saat melakukan penganiayaan juga menggunakan barang tajam jenis pisau untuk mengancam YC.
“Senin pagi, FS mendatangi YC di sekolah buntuk meminta uang. Tetapi YC tidak mau memberikan uang hingga melakukan penganiayaan dengan cara FS menodong dengan pisau dan menjambak rambut serta menyeret,” katanya.
FS sendiri, lanjut Abdul, dijerat dengan Pasal 2 ayat (1) Undang-undang Nomor: 12 Tahun 1951 dan Pasal 351 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman 15 tahun Piadana Penjara dan Pasal 351 KUHP Penganiayaan dengan ancaman hukuman 5 tahun Piadana Penjara.
“Korban yakni YC sudah menjalani Visum Et Repertum dan dilakukan pendampingan oleh Dinas P3A Kota Bitung,” katanya.
