Pada kesempatan ini Steven Kandouw juga menekankan bagaimana GMIM yang tersebar di 7 Kabupaten/Kota di Sulut untuk menjaga kekompakan guna eksistensi GMIM di berbagai aspek kehidupan.
Lebih lanjut Kandouw juga mengingatkan tentang beberapa hal penting yang perlu menjadi perhatian. Di antaranya kuantitas dan kualitas jemaat, pentingnya pendidikan untuk peningkatan SDM, serta literasi ekonomi.
