Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Rapat Paripurna Pembahasan Tingkat I dalam rangka Ranperda tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah Tahun 2025 – 2045 ditunda.
Agenda rapat paripurna itu digelar, Senin (20/5/2024) di Ruang SH Sarundajang Kantor Wali Kota Bitung dan harus ditunda setelah beberapa kali diskors oleh Ketua DPRD Kota Bitung, Aldo Nova Ratungalo.
Penundaan itu terpaksa dilakukan Aldo mengingat jumlah anggota DPRD yang hadir hanya 13 orang dari 30 orang.
“Rapat paripurna hari ini resmi kita buka. Tetapi karena tidak kuorum maka diskors selama 30 menit,” kata Aldo.
Setelah dua kali mengetuk palu skors, kehadiran anggota DPRD tak kunjung bertambah untuk memenuhi syarat rapat paripurna digelar.
Aldo kemudian membacakan aturan penundaan paripurna karena jumlah peserta tidak mencukupi alias tidak kuorum.
“Sesuai aturan, maka rapat paripurna ini kami skors hingga, Senin (27/5/2024). Kami menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada Forkopimda dan pejabat Pemerintah Kota Bitung yang telah hadir karena penundaan hingga Senin depan,” jelasnya.
Ketua Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD Kota Bitung, Erauw Sondakh sangat menyesalkan agenda rapat paripurna harus ditunda akibat ketidakhadiran anggota DPRD.
Erauw mengaku sudah sering mengingatkan dan menegur soal kehadiran anggota DPRD di agenda resmi seperti paripurna, namun tetap saja tak diindahkan.
“Memang pada dasarnya ada anggota DPRD yang malas mengikuti agenda dan itu langsung kami tegur. Setelah ini, pasti akan kembali kami tegur,” kata Erauw.
