Hengky Honandar Bicara Pentingnya Aplikasi SIPD-RI bagi Pemerintah Daerah

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Wakil Wali Kota Bitung, Hengky Honandar, membuka Bimbingan Teknis Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah Republik Indonesia (SIPD-RI) Modul Penatausahaan, Kamis (29/2/2024).

Bimbingan itu diadakan di Ruang SH Sarundajang Kantor Wali Kota Bitung dan dihadiri oleh narasumber Pusdatin Kementerian Dalam Negeri, seperti Fitria Elliyana, Nur Rahmat Fajeri, Ryan Hendro Cahyo serta Kepala Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Bitung, Franky Sondakh, Staf Ahli, Asisten dan Kepala Perangkat Daerah.

Wakil Wali Kota dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, apliaksi SIPD-RI merupakan aplikasi umum yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh seluruh pemerintah daerah di Indonesia.

Kota Bitung, kata dia, telah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut sejak tahun 2021, namun dalam perkembangannya telah berubah secara signifikan dari yang lama ke aplikasi yang baru.

“Untuk itu mari kita sebagai bagian dari pemerintah daerah wajib melaksanakannya,” kata Hengky.

Penerapan SIPD-RI tahun 2024 ini, lanjut Hengky, telah mengalami perubahan dan dengan metode-metode pengimputan yang baru. Yakni aplikasi telah berbasis nomor induk pegawai sehingga diharapkan tidak ada lagi penguasaan akun.

“Artinya satu orang memegang beberapa akun dalam satu perangkat daerah atau unit kerja, dengan demikian masing-masing menelepon atas akunnya sendiri. Mari bapak ibu dapat mengikuti kegiatan ini dan apabila ada yang belum dimengerti segera ditanyakan kepada narasumbernya,” katanya.
