Pemilu 2024, JPPR Temukan Potensi PSU di Beberapa TPS di Bitung

Bitung, VivaSulut.com – Jaringan Pendidikan Pemilih untuk Rakyat (JPPR) Kota Bitung menemukan sejumlah indikasi kesalahan saat proses pencoblosan di beberapa Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS) yang berpotensi digelar Pemungutan Suara Ulang (PSU).

Koordinator JPPR Kota Bitung, Arham Lakue, mengatakan, temuan tergolong fatal dan mempengaruhi hasil perolehan suara peserta Pemilu 2024, sehingga potensi PSU bisa digelar di beberapa TPS.

“Dari analisa dan klasifikasi hasil pengawasan kami di 675 TPS, ada beberapa TPS yang memungkinkan PSU digelar,” kata Arham, Jumat (16/2/2024).

Arham menyampaikan beberapa temuan JPPR, diantaranya temuan salah menjumlah perolehan suara di plano C1 seperti di TPS 04 Kelurahan Kakenturan Satu Kecamatan Maesa serta adanya perolehan suara yang diganti alias salinan C1 yang dibagikan ke saksi sudah dirubah perolehan suaranya di TPS 03 Kelurahan Kakenturan Dua Kecamatan Maesa.

Juga adanya pemilih di Daftar Pemilih Tambahan (DPTb) dari Surabaya menggunakan hak memilih menggunakan lima kertas suara di TPS 06 Kelurahan Girian Bawah Kecamatan Girian. Pemilih mendapatkan kertas suara Pilpres, DPD, PDR RI, DPRD Provinsi dan DPRD Kota.

“Ada juga indikasi pemilih melakukan pencoblosan berulang di TPS yang berbeda, tapi indikasi ini masih sementara kami telusuri kebenarannya,” katanya.

Pun demikian, Arham menyerahkan sepenuhnya ke Bawaslu Kota Bitung untuk melakukan kajian lanjutan terkait temuan-temuan yang berpotensi PSU. Karena menurutnya, Bawaslulah yang memiliki wewenang untuk menindaklanjuti serta memutuskan apakah temuan-temuan itu bisa menjadi rekomendasi PSU.

“Kalau memang nantinya dari hasil kajian Bawaslu menyatakan tidak perlu dilakukan PSU, maka kami merekomendasikan saksi-saksi partai politik lebih teliti saat pleno tingkat kecamatan dan tingkat kota karena temuan JPPR sangat mempengaruhi jumlah perolehan suara peserta Pemilu 2024,” jelasnya.

Divisi Hukum, Pencegahan, Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Humas (HP2H) Bawaslu Kota Bitung, Ahmad Syakur, saat dikonfirmasi terkait temuan JPPR yang bisa mengarah ke PSU menyampaikan belum bisa menanggapi lebih.

Menurutnya, apa yang disampaikan JPPR sementara dikaji oleh Panwascam untuk diteruskan ke pihaknya apakah nantinya akan dilakukan PSU atau tidak.

“Belum bisa dipastikan (PSU,red). Kami sementara menunggu kajian dari Panwascam,” kata Ahmand.
