Dalam arahannya Bupati Joune Ganda mengingatkan pemerintah desa/kelurahan sebagai ujung tombak pemerintahan yang bersentuhan langsung dengan masyarakat.
” Saya meminta semua pihak, terutama pemerintahan desa dan kelurahan untuk bersama-sama melakukan upaya percepatan penurunan Stunting, dan kemiskinan ekstrem ini dengan membuat program kegiatan yang terarah, terukur dan tepat sasaran melalui APBDesa dan dana lainnya, Karena untuk penanggulangan ini harus dilakukan secara bersama dan sungguh-sungguh,” Tegas JG.
